1. The service

Bontr is a collaborative trip-planning app. You are responsible for the content you and your trip members add — make sure you have the right to share photos, addresses, and other details.

2. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

3. Acceptable use

No illegal content, harassment, or spam.
No attempting to break, probe, or overload the service.
No scraping other users' data.

4. Money in Trip Wallet

Bontr's Trip Wallet helps you track who paid what and who owes who. We do not move money on your behalf — settle-ups happen outside Bontr through the payment method of your choice.

5. Disclaimer

Bontr is provided "as is" without warranty. We do our best to keep it up and your data safe, but we are not liable for trip cancellations, missed bookings, or losses arising from use of the app.

6. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Bontr at any time and delete your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
